THE IDEA
Management of time has now transformed our habits.
Even if speed has to govern our everyday lives, nevertheless we must maintain certain perimeters of our vital customs to prevent our sacrifices from becoming automatic, and dangerous, habits.

CONCEPT
With Attimi, Heinz Beck offers an informal dining area for travellers, to recover the pleasure of a meal without compromise: whether you stop and eat there or prefer the take-away option, you will find modern menus with international flavours, based on alimentary models that are consistent with the various rhythms of your day and your available time.
The project is conducted in partnership with the Chef Express company of the Cremonini Group.

HISTORY
In January 2017, Chef Express opened a new type of restaurant in partnership con the three starred Chef Heinz Beck, at Rome Fiumicino airport.
The concept is an informal restaurant created by the Chef Heinz Beck, which, in addition to the à la carte menu, also offers two different tasting menus (30’ and 60’), depending on how much time the customer has.
The aim of the project is the creation of an exclusive, welcoming, warm and elegant area with a relaxing atmosphere, where you can have a unique food-and-wine experience.

FORMAT
The welcoming area, the highest quality service, the on-view kitchen and maximum care for detail make Attimi a concrete demonstration of the Chef Heinz Beck’s idea of how dining should be and of the Hospitality Management philosophy developed in the world with Beck & Maltese Consulting.
