“Attimi” is a project created by the Chef Heinz Beck in partnership with Chef Express. At a restaurant table or taking a break at a bar, a unique experience.

An experience conceived for those who travel the journey, in a city in perpetual movement, to find again the pleasure of food without compromise: the wisdom and flavours of “three-star” cuisine presented in a new way, designed to satisfy all needs – of taste, of style and of rhythm.

A wide à la carte choice and specials selected for tasting in 30 or 60 minutes.

In a stylish welcoming environment, of the highest quality, an on-view kitchen and maximum care for every detail.

HISTORY
In January 2017, Chef Express opened a new type of restaurant in partnership con the three starred Chef Heinz Beck at Rome Fiumicino airport. The concept is an informal restaurant designed by the Chef Heinz Beck, which, in addition to the à la carte menu, also offers two different tasting menus (30’ and 60’), depending on how much time the customer has.
The aim of the project is to offer an exclusive, welcoming, warm and elegant area with a relaxing atmosphere, where you can have a unique food-and-wine experience.

FORMAT
The welcoming atmosphere, the highest quality service, the on-view kitchen and maximum care for detail make Attimi a concrete demonstration of the Chef Heinz Beck’s idea of how dining should be and of the Hospitality Management philosophy developed in the world with Beck & Maltese Consulting.
